I was referred to John at Med-Bay by our event organizers as our previous site designer was unavailable to do our website. I am always hesitant to use a vendor I am not familiar with due to the exacting nature of the requirements for our website, which sees a fair deal of overseas traffic. The Med-Bay System has simplified the way on-the-day registration is done at dental conferences. Dentists and organisers alike are greeted at the registration desk with a "Good day, Surname please? Thank you and enjoy the conference". A simple scanning of the barcode and they are ready to go. Gone are the long queues and collection of certificates at the end. The Med-Bay system also effectively tracks the dentists and their CPD points. The Med-Bay Staff are friendly and their after-service is outstanding!! Dentists can easily download their certificates online which immediately allows the organisers more time to organise the next conference! I hope they will be included in all dental conferences because it really makes a difference to have them there and makes our jobs a lot easier!
